Eligibility Requirements

The Assistive Devices Funding Program is for persons with cerebral palsy of all ages in Ontario, who are individual members of the OFCP.

Respiratory Equipment

Wheelchairs, Positioning, Ambulation Aids

Home Accessibility Aids

Bathing & Washroom Aids

How do I apply?

The period for submission of applications is September 1 to June 1 annually.
