Cheshire

Cheshire is a non-profit, government funded organization that has been providing services to adults with significant physical disabilities to live actively, independently and with dignity in their own community since 1979.

Among other programs Cheshire has supportive housing where those individuals with disabilities who require 24 hour assistance due to unpredicability and irregularity needs for assistance. A list of these facilities can be found here.  Cheshire also has an attendant outreach [attendant care] program where services are provided in people's homes. We provide supportive housing and attendant outreach services to London and the five surrounding counties: Elgin, Middlesex, Huron, Oxford and Perth. (source)
